Happy birthday Gary!!!!!





I am so excited for his first half marathon this Sunday, but hate that he's having to do it with an injury.

Will be there with you in spirit cheering you on.
In the great words of my sister "trust in your training". You have def done the work. And you have had some phenomenal runs. You got this!!! Just make sure and take a ton of ibuprofen for your shoulder before the race, and make sure you've got some with you for as soon as you are done :)

I will blog again later this weekend to update on everything Cade, Braeden, man cave etc. but for now I have to sign off. Got to head to Medford to get Costco shopping etc done
