Will I have a wee go at blogging again? Trying to divide my attentions a little better between the blog and Facebook.


We had a perfect Easter weekend. We went to Scott's uncle bobbys property where we enjoyed hanging out in the old house





Some ATV riding went on





A little hiking too.


And our Easter dinner. Excuse the paper plates, but the ham plus ready made cheesy potatoes, salad and Costco cheesecake with no dishes to do made me a very happy mommy.


The kids woke us at 515 Sunday morning to do their egg hunt and see what the Easter bunny had left for them


So I was a very sleepy mommy. And the dogs, weren't too energized either and just wanted to be on my lap the whole time









It's just such a great hang out spot for us.

Hope everyone else had as fun and relaxing an Easter as we did.

I haven't written on the blog for a while and really don't know what to write as of this moment, so enjoy the the pic above as I ponder :)

I'm pretty good at keeping Facebook updated, I think because it's quick and easy and you get responses back. Really don't know if anyone reads the blog.

Alls well here. Just staying busy with work, kids, homework, and kids sports, not to mention trying to run. 10 miler race April 14th then half marathon may 6th. All signed up and paid for but do not feel prepared enough. Last year before the pear blossom the kids weren't in sports and Scott wasn't working out so it was easy to train in the evenings, I don't have the same advantage this year :(

Changing the subject so I don't go into whine mode, Braeden just asked me if I knew how to spell Bratwurst backwards. No reason....just a random Braeden thought!

Another storm coming in. Rain and hail so far.

Cade and Braeden getting ready to send a picture text from iPod to dads iPhone and mums iPad. But then we got distracted and we never sent :)


This is Holly first thing in the morning. As high energy as she is she does not like getting up in the morning. When she eventually moves out of bed, whether it be mine or Cade's (she jumps between our beds at night) she then slowly moves into the living room and lays beside the fire.
