How cute are these photos. Holly is definetely a snuggler!!
Not much to reort here. Just busy as everyone in the run up to christmas, alongwith the constant vigilence that has to occur with having a new puppy. She is very good, but you've got to be aware of her at all times and play with her frequently or she gets bored and likes to get under the christmas tree and pull the lights off!!! She has also started pulling the fridge magnets off the fridge and running off with them like she really has something special. Very cute!!
So thats it. Not goingto go on and on with puppy stories. There are many but you've got to be here to apprciate them fully :-)
Hope alls well with everyone

Braedens obsession with eating snow was a little disturbing. I kid you not that he finished that large piece. Believe it or not his dad actually let him take it into the truck so he could finish it on our way home :-)

Braeden and I with our "hat hair"!!!

What a wee sweetie with his hot chocolate

Yes, I had a couple wee slides too. Still paying for it as on my last one I tweaked my neck!!!! :-)

So either dad is losing it, or he needs to hit his refresh button once in a while. I had actually posted 2 blogs on the wednesday, before his wee rant on the thursday :-)

I am sending a big cyber hug to dad as I think he needs it right now :-)

Well seeing as I'm on, I will add a few more photos. Here goes!!
Check out the photo of the sledding hill. There is a pull system to pull the kids up the hill on the inner tube. Got to love that!!!

Well I cant download any photos, as I am taking the rare opportunity to be able to write a blog at work. Usually its so busy here I barely get to my computer to check work e mails. So flu season does have some benefits :-) First patient of the day is cancelled.
I may have shocked mum when I told her she was going to be a granny again! You know Scott and i cant have anymore kids, and I was going to keep this secret until the big day, but we are getting a puppy. We have picked her out and we get to pick her up the weekend of the 12th december. We are calling her Holly as she is a xmas puppy, and also she was born by a xmas tree farm. She is a viszla breed (google it). I will download some photos when I'm home. Already sent mum the linkto the breeder so she can see her new graddaughter ;-)
Just will keep it short and sweet as I will sign on again later to download photos of our weekend in the snow, and of Holly.

Happy Thanksgiving. This is me trying out a new blog so we will see how this goes. So far not very obliging in letting me move my pictures around. Still it is allowing me to see them now before I post so thats a start.
We had a lovely day. Got up in the morning to start all the prep, and Scott did some clean up outside and put up some of the xmas lights on the outside of the house. He also helped with tying the turkey to the skewers for the rottisserie oven. I rotisseried the turkey, made the stuffing in the slow cooker, and the sweet potatoes got the oven to themselves. Mashed potoes a last minute thing, and i bought the pies...pumpkin and apple. My goal was an easy stress free thanksgiving and I achieved that.
Around noon we headed off to Sharis for Sangria and appetisers. Great company, great food and drinks, then home to complete the dinner for the Michels and Karen and Bill. So see below for photos

This half of the family never too keen on getting a photo taken, particularly while eating :-)
Yes that is a ham. I had only bought a 10lb turkey as thats the max for the rotisserie oven. Once we learned the Michels and Karen and Bill would be making it after all I ran out a got a sugar glazed ham to supplement.
Well going to sign off. More pics and postings soon of our trip up into the snow the day after Thanksgiving.
